I have a background in Social Work and experience supporting people with diverse needs and from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. I am particularly interested in working with children, families, and people with psychosocial disability. I enjoy helping people build emotional regulation skills, recognise their strengths and work towards greater independence. My approach is person-centred, collaborative and strengths-based, with focus on understanding each person's individual circumstances, needs and goals. I aim to build positive working relationships with participants and their families, creating an environment where people feel heard and respected and involved in decisions about their support.
